Basics of My Real Estate
I value availability & work around my clients' time frames . I also value a strong work ethic, and saving my clients as much time and money as possible, whether buying or selling. I seek to get sellers a premium on their home while finding great buys for buyers. I will fight for my clients' best interests. I believe that an informed buyer or seller makes the best decisions, and am dedicated to that end, as a brief review of my website as well as my reviews should demonstrate. As a former youth minister of over 4 years, ethics, including but not limited to integrity, are very important to me. As someone with the lowest average rating by clients on any real estate website being a 4.8/5, that scored in the top two percentile in math on the SAT, scored an 80/80 on the Writing Skills PSAT, and attended "The Harvard of Christian Schools" (Wheaton College) with a small academic scholarship, excellence is a top priority for me.

Digital Tool Belt
As visible from this website, I've amassed a high volume of digital resources over the years, a focus area of my career, putting my digital resources for buyers and sellers in the top 1% of real estate agents. In addition to that which is available on this website, there is far more that I have available to assist me as well as to assist buyers and sellers with real estate. Those digital resources are invaluable to those I support in buying or selling, since educated clients make the best decisions.
My physical gadgets/tools are in the top 5% of agents overall and top 1% of buyer's agents. I've invested heavily into the physical tools and gadgets that can help my career to be a well oiled machine, a focus area of my career. I was born in Hampton, and moved back and forth between Hampton and Yorktown growing up, though I have also lived in Newport News, Suffolk, & currently reside in Isle of Wight as of 2022. My family has been in VA since 1620.

Most of my dealings with buyers and sellers aren't in an office, but in homes, over the phone, or online via video. When an office or alternative location is needed, I have a number of options. Here are my office locations & related options.
My family has been in Virginia since 1620 & in the real estate business since at least the early 1960's. Both my grandfather and my grandmother were Realtors, followed by my father. My grandmother was an award winning Realtor, including of the prestigious "Emerald" award that is received after 20 years of award winning sales from the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors. In some years, there is only 1 recipient of that award. My father received that award, as well many occasions where he was the number 1 Realtor in the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors. He leads one of the top 50 Real Estate Teams in the United States (as published in Realtor® Magazine).
I entered the real estate business in May of 2014. I was in the marketing department at Garrett Realty Partners (Greg Garrett Realty at the time) for 9 months prior to transitioning into sales at the company as a Realtor in the beginning of February of 2015. I was a full time Realtor then & continue to be now.
Personal Life & Volunteering
The team that I work with is an excellent support structure for purchasing a home with proven techniques & wise insights into the market that you will not find at other companies, while I will still be your primary point of contact and working with me will not feel like an assembly line, as with certain other companies and agents.
Matching or Surpassing Other Agents
In many areas, the combination of what I offer is unmatched. That said, if you'd like to work with me, but there are incentives like certain forms of marketing or cashback bonuses with another real estate agent that you don't see on my website (i.e. What I Offer Buyers or What I Offer Sellers, reach out to me, and ask me if I'll match it or if it's a standard part of my services, as I usually will match or beat other agents' incentives. In other cases, I can point out the fine print of an agent's incentive where you might not want to sign on the dotted line based on that fine print (i.e. listing agent claims of guaranteed offers).
